            at the approximately 28-acre site located at Innes Avenue between Griffith Street and Earl Street,

            space; making findings under the California Environmental Quality Act and findings of conformity

            treatment that occurred after the 9/11 terrorist attack, and requested the Board stop funding
            Citywide Case Management/Community Focus.
