Referendum Reconsideration

120271 [Zoning Map Amendment - 8 Washington Street Project]
            Ordinance: 1) amending Sheet HT01 of the Zoning Map of the City and County of San Francisco to
            change the height and bulk district classification of two areas along the Drumm Street frontage of
            the property located at Assessor's Block No. 0201, Lot No. 012 (8 Washington Street), from 84-E
            to 92-E in one area and to 136-E in another area; and 2) making environmental findings, Planning
            Code Section 302 findings, and findings of consistency with the General Plan and the Priority
            Policies of Planning Code Section 101.1. (Planning Commission)
            NOT REPEALED by the following vote:

                 Ayes: 3 - Avalos, Campos, Chiu
                 Noes: 8 - Chu, Cohen, Elsbernd, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Olague, Wiener
            Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, indicated that the Ordinance had not been repealed and that
            she would notify the Department of Elections to place the matter on the next municipal or statewide
            election for consideration by the voters, pursuant to Charter Section 14.102.

Privilege of the Floor
            Supervisor Olague, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 4.37 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Campos, Chiu, Chu, Cohen, Elsbernd, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Olague, Wiener
            Supervisor Olague introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Leela Gill of
            District 5 in recognition of her accomplishments and continued community support.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Vladimar Prikupets
            of District 1 in recognition of his accomplishments and continued community support on the
            occasion of his 80th birthday.
