ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE President Cohen called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisor Kim was noted not present. There was a quorum. SPECIAL ORDER 2:00 P.M. - Mayor's Appearance Before The Board 180875 [Formal Policy Discussions - September 11, 2018] Pursuant to Charter, Sections 2.103 and 3.100(7), and Administrative Code, Section 2.11, the Mayor shall discuss the following eligible topics submitted from the Supervisor representing District 10. The Mayor may address the Board initially for up to five minutes. Discussion shall not exceed two minutes per question or answer. 1. Housing Production and Accessory Dwelling Units Mayor London Breed addressed the Board of Supervisors and discussed the above referenced topic submitted by the District 10 Supervisor.
