Recommendations of the Budget and Finance Committee
            President Cohen requested File Nos. 180574, 180575, 180580, 180583, 180585, 180586,
            180587, 180577, 180579, 180589, 180590, 180591, 180592, 180593 and 180594 be called
            together. Privilege of the floor was granted unanimously to Jon Givner (Office of the City Attorney)
            who responded to questions raised throughout the discussions.



Appointment of President Pro Tempore
            At the request of President Cohen, Supervisor Peskin assumed the chair at 2:22 p.m. so the
            President could participate in the debate on the budget from the floor.

            President Pro Temp Peskin acknowledged Former Mayor Art Agnos, who was in attendance
            during today's meeting.

            President Cohen resumed the chair at 2:58 p.m.



Supervisor Peskin Excused from Voting
            Supervisor Peskin requested to be excused from voting on the divided portion of the question for
            File No. 180574, due to a possible conflict of interest.
