Appointment of President Pro Tempore
            At the request of President Breed, Supervisor Cohen assumed the chair at 2:39 p.m. The
            President resumed the chair at 3:02 p.m.

            President Breed was noted absent at 2:39 p.m.

            Supervisor Safai was noted absent at 2:55 p.m.

            Motion approving the Mayor’s reappointment of John Rahaim to the Oversight Board of the
            Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco, for a
            term ending January 24, 2022. (Clerk of the Board)

SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Peskin, seconded by Supervisor Yee, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Breed, Cohen, Fewer, Kim, Peskin, Ronen, Safai, Sheehy, Stefani, Tang, Yee
            Supervisor Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Susie Siegel of
            Yick Wo Elementary School in recognition and appreciation for her 20 years of service to the
            families served and hundreds of elementary students taught and mentored. Supervisors Kim, Yee
            and Fewer shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Yee introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor for Mr. Soo J. Wong,
            a World War II Veteran, accepted by his daughter on his behalf, in recognition of his honorable
            service to the United States of America and his many lifetime achievements.
