SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Yee, seconded by Supervisor Cohen, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:

            President Breed opened the special commendation period, and Supervisor Yee provided

            Certificates of Honor to individuals in recognition of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, their
            accomplishments, and their continued community support as referenced below:
