Supervisor Safai, seconded by Supervisor Ronen, moved to accept the amendments to the accompanying report, as provided by Public Works, included in File No. 180260. The motion was received without objection. Supervisor Safai requested that this Resolution be DUPLICATED, after accepting the amendments to the accompanying report. Supervisor Safai then moved that the duplicated Resolution be AMENDED to only include the District 11 addresses. Supervisor Safai then further moved that the duplicated Resolution be CONTINUED AS AMENDED to the Board of Supervisors meeting of May 22, 2018. Before the vote was taken, Supervisor Safai withdrew the request and the motions. Supervisor Safai, seconded by Supervisor Ronen, moved that this Resolution, after accepting the amendments to the accompanying report, be CONTINUED to the Board of Supervisors meeting of May 22, 2018. The motion carried by the following vote:
  - Ayes: Breed, Cohen, Fewer, Kim, Peskin, Ronen, Safai, Sheehy, Stefani, Tang, Yee

180260 [Report of Assessment Costs - Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program]
            Resolution approving report of assessment costs submitted by the Director of Public Works for
            sidewalk and curb repairs through the Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program, ordered to be
            performed by said Director pursuant to the provisions of Public Works Code, Sections 706.9, and
            Administrative Code, Section 80, the costs thereof having been paid for out of a revolving fund.
            (Public Works)
            Michael Lennon (Public Works) indicated that the following addresses be removed from the
            accompanying Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program Report due to recent resolution or receipt
            of payment:

            7 Nebraska Street (Block No. 5656, Lot No. 045);
            769 Lakeview Avenue (Block No. 7054, Lot No. 049);
            122 Ashton Avenue (Block No. 6987, Lot No. 025);
            2501 Lincoln Way (Block No. 1724, Lot No. 001);
            118 Bright Street (Block No. 7115, Lot No. 026);
            968 York Street (Block No. 4144, Lot No. 011); and
            401 Orizaba Avenue (Block No. 7070, Lot No. 018).

            Privilege of the floor was granted unanimously to Jon Givner (Office of the City Attorney) who
