            Supervisor Stefani, seconded by Supervisor Fewer, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:

            Supervisor Stefani introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Jason Chen,
            Lola Cleaveland, Jaden Jarmel-Schneider, Sarah Mitchell, and Cleo Blackketter, the student
            leaders and organizers of the “March For Our Lives” rally in San Francisco, in recognition of their
            accomplishments and advocacy bringing awareness to the gun violence epidemic and the need
            for sensible gun reform.
