            Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of Public Works, dated March 28,
            2018, disapproving an application for a land subdivision to convert a three-story-over-garage,
            six-unit building, into residential condominiums at 668-678 Page Street, Assessor's Parcel Block
            No. 0843, Lot No. 015. (District 5) (Appellant: Alexander Apke, on behalf of the 668-678 Page
            Street TIC Group) (Filed March 29, 2018). (Clerk of the Board)
            President Breed opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any individual wished to
            address the Board. Geoffery Pierce and Sarah Hoffman (on behalf of the Appellants) provided an
            overview of the appeal, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and requested
            the Board to approve the appeal. Speaker; spoke in support of the appeal and in opposition to the
            decision of Public Works. Bruce Storrs (Public Works), Aaron Starr and David Weissglass
            (Planning Department) provided an overview of the decisions of Public Works and the Planning
            Department and responded to questions raised throughout the discussion. Charles Minster;
            Tommi Avicolli Mecca; Tony Robles; Susan Prentice; Deepa Varma; Theresa Flandrich; David
            Bogachik; Fran Taylor; Speaker; Iris Biblowitz; Kathy Lipscomb; Karen Reskin; Iris Merrious;
            Speaker; Zion Angeles; Devon Garcia; Tyler Breisacher; Josh Bourgeois; TJ Bassa; Laura Breslin;
            Susan Marsh; Lila Stamann; Curtis Bradford; Guss Brown; Andy Gellis; Betty Trainor; Tom
            Gilberty; spoke in opposition to the appeal and in support of the decision of Public Works.
            Geoffery Pierce (Appellant) provided a rebuttal and further requested the Board to approve the
            appeal. There were no other speakers. President Breed closed public comment and declared the
            public hearing heard and filed.
