Recommendations of the Government Audit and Oversight Committee
            President Breed requested File Nos. 180026 and 180027 be called together.

            Privilege of the floor was granted unanimously to Jon Givner (Office of the City Attorney) who
            informed the Board that Supervisor Sheehy was previously employed with the University of
            California, San Francisco (UCSF), and has been advised by the City Attorney that he has no
            conflict of interest on these matters; however, due to receiving a pension from UCSF, a full
            disclosure was made before the vote was taken on File Nos. 180026 and 180027.
