            Ordinance amending the Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code to disqualify members of
            City boards and commissions who have not filed their Form 700s (Statements of Economic
            Interests), Sunshine Ordinance Declarations, and Certificates of Ethics Training from participating
            in or voting on matters before their boards and commissions, and to modify the Ethics
            Commission’s reporting requirements regarding the filing of Form 700s. (Ethics Commission)
            Supervisor Stefani, seconded by Supervisor Safai, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING SAME TITLE, on Page 2, Line 17, by adding ‘and 3.1-105’; on
            Page 3, Lines 13-23, by adding a new ‘Section 3.1-102.5(c)(1) Waiver’ and 3.1-102.5(c)(2) Subsequent
