            Ordinance amending the Administrative and Environment Codes to require that any new
            passenger vehicle procured for the City fleet be a Zero Emission Vehicle, absent a waiver, and
            that all passenger vehicles in the City fleet be Zero Emission Vehicles by December 31, 2022; and
            to encourage selection of Zero Emission Vehicles in other vehicle classes as technology improves.

            the Individually Requested State Density Bonus Program, to provide for development bonuses and
            zoning modifications for increased affordable housing, in compliance with, and above those
            required by the State Density Bonus Law, Government Code, Section 65915, et seq.; to establish
            the procedures in which the HOME-SF Program shall be reviewed and approved; adding a fee for

            Agreement for one year for a total term of August 1, 2013, through July 31, 2018, with one
