(District 9) (Appellant: Katherine Petrin) (Filed March 20, 2017) (Clerk of the Board) President Breed opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any member of the public wished to address the Board. Katherine Petrin (Appellant) provided an overview of the appeal, responded to questions raised throughout the discussion, and further requested the Board to approve the appeal.
