Recommendations of the Budget and Finance Sub-Committee
            President Breed requested File Nos. 170213 and 170214 be called together. Privilege of the floor
            was granted unanimously to Ben Rosenfield, Controller (Office of the City Controller), John
            Updike, Director (Real Estate Division), Naomi Kelly, City Administrator (Office of the City
            Administrator), and Alexa Arena, Executive General Manager (Lendlease), who responded to
            questions raised throughout the discussion on these matters.
