            Resolution extending by 90 days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may
            render its decision on an Ordinance (File No. 161014) amending the Planning Code to exempt
            certain historic landmarks from November 2016 Proposition X, requiring conditional use
            authorization to replace Production, Distribution, and Repair, Institutional Community, and Arts
            Activities uses, and providing replacement space for such uses; affirming the Planning
            Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making findings
            of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section
            101.1.

            Resolution urging the California state legislature to amend the Revenue and Taxation Code to
            enable local California jurisdictions to levy personal and corporate income taxes, which the City
            and County of San Francisco could utilize as a sustained source of funding for transportation and
            public health priorities.
            Supervisor Ronen requested this Resolution be REFERRED to the Government Audit and Oversight
            Committee.



            Supervisor Yee requested that File No. 170219 be severed so that it may be considered
            separately.
