            Motion directing the Clerk of the Board to prepare findings related to reversing the Planning
            Commission’s certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed Significant
            Natural Resource Areas Management Plan. (Clerk of the Board)
            Supervisor Peskin, seconded by Supervisor Farrell, moved that this Motion be TABLED. The motion
            carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 9 - Breed, Cohen, Farrell, Fewer, Peskin, Ronen, Safai, Sheehy, Tang
                 Noes: 1 - Yee
                 Excused: 1 - Kim



SPECIAL ORDER 3:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Cohen, seconded by Supervisor Tang, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Breed, Cohen, Farrell, Fewer, Kim, Peskin, Ronen, Safai, Sheehy, Tang, Yee
            BLACK HISTORY MONTH
            Supervisors then introduced, welcomed, and presented Certificates of Honor to individuals in
            recognition of Black History Month, their accomplishments, and their continued community
            support, as referenced below:

            Supervisor Cohen recognized Brenda Barros;
            Supervisor Tang recognized Sheryl Davis;
            Supervisor Peskin recognized Daisy MacArthur;
            Supervisor Ronen recognized Bobby Cochran;
            Supervisor Breed recognized Rico Hamilton;
            Supervisor Safai recognized Veronica Hunnicutt;
            Supervisor Kim recognized Honey Mahogany;
            Supervisor Farrell recognized Keith Carter;
            Supervisor Sheehy recognized Linda Harrison;
            Supervisor Yee recognized Sheila Norman; and
            Supervisor Fewer recognized the George Washington High School Black Student Union.

            President Breed recessed the meeting at 3:47 p.m. and reconvened at 3:55 p.m.
