            Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Willie Crawford against the City and
            County of San Francisco for payment by City of $100,281; the lawsuit was filed on March 2, 2015,
            in the Superior Court, and removed on March 16, 2016, to the Federal District Court, Northern
            District of California, Case No. 16-cv-01301-CW; entitled Willie Crawford v. City and County of
            San Francisco; the lawsuit involves a dispute arising from employment; other material terms of the
            settlement are that plaintiff will resign, and that the City agrees to restore vacation pay, pay
            severance in accordance with the Municipal Executives’ Association collective bargaining

            all genders; amending the Police Code to require businesses that make a baby diaper-changing
            accommodation available in a restroom available for use by women to also install and maintain a
            baby diaper-changing accommodation in a restroom available for use by men or available for use
            by all genders; and amending the Building Code to require that new public-serving establishments,
            and public-serving establishments with substantially renovated toilet rooms, install baby

            Resolution authorizing the jurisdictional transfer, subject to Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum
            of Understanding entered into between the Real Estate Division, the General Services Agency’s
            Office of Contract Administration (“OCA”), and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission
            (“SFPUC”), increasing the total Transfer Price by $8,578,429 to an amount not to exceed
            $82,278,429 from SFPUC Wastewater Enterprise funds, of 1800 Jerrold Street, (portions of
            Assessor’s Parcel Block Nos. 5262 and 5270) from OCA to the SFPUC Wastewater Enterprise,
            and the jurisdictional transfer of 555 Selby Street and 1975 Galvez Avenue (Assessor’s Parcel
            Block No. 5250, Lot Nos. 15 and 16), and the leasehold of 450 Toland Street (Assessor’s Parcel
            Block No. 5230, Lot No. 18) (collectively “Project Site”), from the SFPUC to OCA, to create
            functionally-equivalent facilities for the relocation of the City’s Central Fleet Maintenance Shop
            (“Central Shops”) from 1800 Jerrold Street; authorizing the issuance of a Notice to Proceed for the
            construction phase under a Board of Supervisors’-authorized design-build Project Delivery
            Agreement with Oryx Development I, LLC for the construction of facilities for relocation of Central
            Shops on the Project Site; and finding the proposed transactions are in conformity with the
            General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1. (Public Utilities
            Commission)
