            Tuesday, January 10, 2017, with President London Breed presiding.

            President Breed called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisor Kim
            was noted not present. There was a quorum.

            President Breed inquired whether any Board Member had any corrections to the Regular Board
