            The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on
            Tuesday, December 13, 2016, with President London Breed presiding.



ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
            President Breed called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisor Mar
            was noted not present. There was a quorum.



COMMUNICATIONS
            Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in receipt of
            correspondence from Mayor Lee communicating the Mayor’s Veto of legislation contained in File
            No. 161093 regarding the Short-Term Residential limit of 60 days per year and revisions to the
            Private Right of Action. The Board may override this Veto if, within 30 days, not less than
            two-thirds of the Board votes in favor to reinstate the subject Ordinance; the 30th day falls on
            Saturday, January 7, 2017.

            Clerk Calvillo further informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in receipt of correspondence,
            dated December 11, 2016, forwarded from the Mayor’s Office, communicating Jason Chan’s
            resignation from the Recreation and Park Commission.



APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
            President Breed inquired whether any Board Member had any corrections to the Regular Board
            Meeting Minutes of November 1, 2016. There were no corrections.
            Supervisor Yee, seconded by Supervisor Cohen, moved to approve the Regular Board Meeting
