       Occupancy Buildings]
            Sponsors: Farrell; Mar
            Ordinance amending the Police Code to prohibit owners of multiple occupancy buildings from
            interfering with the choice of communications services providers by occupants, establish
            requirements for communications services providers to obtain access to multiple occupancy
            buildings, and establish remedies for violation of the access requirement.
            Privilege of the floor was granted unanimously to Buck Delventhal and William Sanders (Office of
            the City Attorney) who responded to questions raised throughout the discussion.
            Supervisor Peskin, seconded by Supervisor Kim, moved that this Ordinance be CONTINUED to the
            Board of Supervisors meeting of December 13, 2016, and schedule a Closed Session hearing on this
            subject matter to consult with the City Attorney. The motion FAILED by the following vote:
