            Resolution approving the jurisdictional transfer of 1801 Jerrold Avenue, Assessor's Parcel Block
            No. 5281, Lot No. 001, consisting of approximately 64,340 square feet, commonly known as the
            Asphalt Plant Site, currently under the jurisdiction of Public Works (SFPW) to the San Francisco
            Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), and a portion of 160 Napoleon Street, Assessor’s Parcel

SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Peskin, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:
                 Ayes: 10 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Peskin, Tang, Yee
            Supervisor Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Eleanor Burke in
            recognition of her accomplishments as an author and artist, most recently “A Walker’s Sketchbook
            of San Francisco.”

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Kavoos Ghane
            Bassiri, President and Chief Executive Officer of RAMS, Inc., in recognition of his departure from
            RAMS after 17 years of service and his many accomplishments providing comprehensive mental
            health services.
