SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Tang, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Peskin, Tang, Wiener, Yee
            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Richmond
            District Neighborhood Center in recognition of their accomplishments developing and providing
            high quality youth, adult, and family programs that address community needs.

            Supervisor Tang introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Sophie Hayward
            of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development in recognition of their many
            accomplishments and continued community support. John Rahaim, Director (Planning
            Department), Olson Lee, Director (Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development),
            Supervisors Farrell, Yee, Cohen, Avalos, Mar, Wiener, Campos, Kim, Peskin, and Breed shared in
            this commendation.
