            Ordinance amending the Planning Code and Green Building Code to establish requirements for
            certain new building construction facilitating development of renewable energy facilities and living
            roofs; setting an operative date of January 1, 2017; providing findings as to local conditions
            pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code; affirming the Planning Department’s
            determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making findings of consistency
            with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
