Supervisor Farrell Excused from Voting
            Supervisor Farrell requested to be excused from voting on File No. 161169, due to a possible
            conflict of interest.

            Privilege of the floor was granted unanimously to Jon Givner (Office of the City Attorney) who
            responded to questions raised throughout the discussion.
            Supervisor Tang, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved that Supervisor Farrell be excused from voting
            on File No. 161169. The motion carried by the following vote:
