            The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on
            Tuesday, November 1, 2016, with President London Breed presiding.



ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
            President Breed called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisor Wiener
            was noted not present. There was a quorum.



COMMUNICATIONS
            Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board informed the Board that she was in receipt of correspondence
            from Mayor Lee communicating his Veto of legislation contained in File No. 160749, which would
            establish Neighborhood Property Crime Units at District Stations in the Police Department.
            Pursuant to Charter Section 2.106, the Board of Supervisors may override said veto within 30
            days or no later than November 25, 2016, with not less than two-thirds of the Members in favor of
            such measure. Clerk Calvillo requested notification be received in writing by Friday, November 4,
            2016, if a Member wished to schedule the veto override.

            President Breed inquired whether any Board Member had any corrections to the Board Meeting
            Minutes of September 27, 2016. There were no corrections.

            York City, and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo for signing it into law on October 21, 2016.
