            Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to create Neighborhood Property Crime Units at
            District stations in the Police Department.
            Supervisor Yee, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING SAME TITLE, on Page 3, Lines 4-6, by adding 'and improve
            coordination among different divisions of the Department, including, but not limited to the Patrol
            Bureau Task Force and the Crime Analysis Unit'; on Page 4, Line 7, by adding 'and with other City
            departments'; on Page 5, Lines 18-20, by adding 'and (5) streamlining the sharing of information and

            Supervisor Campos, seconded by Supervisor Tang, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried

            Supervisor Campos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Brenda Way of

            Rowbury in recognition of her many accomplishments breaking records and representing the
            United States at the Summer Olympics and the World Championships. Supervisor Wiener and
            Aimee Alden (Office of Assemblymember Phil Ting) shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Ezra Rapport in
            recognition of his retirement from the Association of Bay Area Governments after eight years of
            service, and more than 30 years of experience and commitment to public service. Supervisor
            Campos shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Cohen introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Kathryn J.
