160806 [Hearing - Blue Ribbon Panel on Transparency, Accountability, and Fairness in Law
       Enforcement - Final Report]
            Sponsor: Cohen
            Hearing on the final report, findings, and recommendations of the Blue Ribbon Panel on
            Transparency, Accountability, and Fairness in Law Enforcement; and requesting the Police
            Department and Police Commission to report.
            President Breed opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any member of the public
            wished to address the Committee of the Whole relating to the hearing referenced in File No.
            160806. Anand Subramanian, Executive Director, (Blue Ribbon Panel on Transparency,
            Accountability, and Fairness in Law Enforcement), Justice Cruz Reynoso (Blue Ribbon Panel
