            Privilege of the floor was granted unanimously to Jon Givner (Office of the City Attorney) who
            responded to questions raised throughout the discussion.
            Supervisor Yee, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN

            27; all lots in Block 2789 except Lot No. 29; and Lot Nos. 1, 2, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24

SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Yee, seconded by Supervisor Wiener, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:
                 Ayes: 10 - Breed, Campos, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Peskin, Tang, Wiener, Yee
                 Excused: 1 - Avalos
            Supervisor Yee introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to the Golden Gate
            Bridge Patrol and Suicide Response Team, including Denis Mulligan, Kary Witt, Captain Lisa
            Locati, Phil Chaney, and Chief Bill San Gregory (Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation
            District), Captain Robert D. Mota (California Highway Patrol), and Commander Beth Slade, Travis
            Rolloff, Robert Paulino, and William Day (U.S. Coast Guard), in recognition of their extraordinary
            efforts saving lives by preventing suicides on the Golden Gate Bridge. Supervisors Mar, Campos,
            Wiener, and Breed shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Wiener introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Mike Rabago of
            Recology in recognition of his commitment to excellence and continued community support.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Estelle Davis,
            Mariah Cochran, Anastasia Millilin, Patty Barahona, and Erika Cespedes of the Youth Leadership
            Institute in recognition of their many accomplishments building communities that invest in youth to
            create positive social change.
