The BOS has compromised its own wins, as the question will arise: did they actually win, or, did they intimidate the jury? In fact, I'm certain the message has reached ALL boards and commission: here's your fate should you decide a case against us! And, I have to wonder if the Ethics Commission case regarding Sheriff Mirkarimi is compromised?
