            President Breed recessed the meeting at 10:18 p.m. and reconvened at 10:20 p.m. Upon
            reconvening, Supervisor Avalos was noted absent and for the remainder of the meeting.



Appointment of President Pro Tempore
            At the request of President Breed, Supervisor Campos assumed the chair at 10:28 p.m. so the
            President could participate in the debate on File No. 160759 from the floor. The President
            resumed the chair at 10:36 p.m.
