ROLL CALL President London Breed called the meeting to order at 9:18 p.m. On the call of the roll, all Supervisors were noted present. There was a quorum. COMMUNICATIONS There were no communications. CALLED FROM COMMITTEE Board of Supervisors Sitting as a Committee of the Whole 160815 [Hearing - Affirming San Francisco’s Commitment to the Success of the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing] Hearing to consider a resolution (File No. 160758) affirming that the Board of Supervisors will not approve policies or submit ballot measures that underfund or otherwise undermine the ability of the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing to successfully implement a housing first and public health approach to addressing homelessness, scheduled pursuant to Motion No. M16-091, approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 15, 2016.
