ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE In the absence of the President, Clerk of the Board Angela Calvillo called the meeting to order at 5:26 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisors Breed, Cohen, Farrell, Tang, and Wiener were noted not present. There was a quorum. Appointment of Presiding Officer Pro Tempore Clerk Calvillo informed the Board that, in the absence of the President, the Board shall appoint a Presiding Officer Pro Tempore from the among the Supervisors present, pursuant to Board Rule 4.7. Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Peskin, moved to appoint Supervisor Campos as the Presiding Officer Pro Tempore for the Board of Supervisors special meeting of July 15, 2016.
