            Ordinance amending the Transportation Code to consolidate and clarify existing fare evasion
            regulations, revise passenger conduct violations to make consistent with recent state law changes,
            and authorize the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency to establish separate fine
            amounts for fare evasion and passenger conduct violations committed by youth; and affirming the

            Sponsors: Mayor; Tang
            Ordinance amending the Planning Code to create the 100 Percent Affordable Housing Bonus
            Program, to provide for development bonuses and zoning modifications for 100 percent affordable
            housing projects; to establish the procedures in which the 100 Percent Affordable Housing Bonus
            Program projects shall be reviewed and approved; adding a fee for applications under the
            Program; amending the Planning Code to exempt 100 Percent Affordable Housing Bonus
            Program projects from the height limits specified in the Planning Code and the Zoning Maps;
            affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act;
            and making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of
            Planning Code, Section 101.1.
            Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING SAME TITLE, on Page 22, Line 16, by striking ‘(B)’ and
            adding ‘(iv)’, and Line 24, by adding a new Section 206.3(d)(1)(A)(v) that requires applicants to comply
            with applicable state or federal relocation acts; and on Page 52, Line 15, by adding the following to
            Section 328(c) ‘The Planning Commission, upon recommendation of the Planning Director, may also
            apply the standards of Section 261.1 to bonus floors for all projects on narrow streets and alleys in
            order to ensure that these streets do not become overshadowed, including potential upper story
            setbacks, and special consideration for the southern side of East-west streets, and Mid-block
            passages, as long as such setbacks do not result in a smaller number of residential units.’ The

       Yosemite Slough Sediment Site]
            Resolution approving settlement of United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (“EPA”)
            unlitigated claim against the City and County of San Francisco; no formal claim has been filed; the
            settlement resolves EPA’s claims against the City to perform pre-design technical studies in
            support of cleanup of the Yosemite Slough Sediment Site; the settlement requires the City and
            three other government entities to perform four technical studies at an estimated cost of $225,000
            to be divided equally between four parties; additional material terms of the settlement are that the
            City will contract with a third party environmental consultant for performance of the studies, the
            City will assume responsibility for completion of the work pursuant to the settlement agreement,
