SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Avalos, seconded by Supervisor Kim, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:

            Supervisor Avalos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Gil Bringham, in
            recognition of his accomplishments and continued community support.

            Supervisor Kim introduced and presented a posthumous Certificate of Honor for Mitzi Renne
            Campbell to Leslie Campbell, son of Ms. Campbell, in recognition of her life accomplishments and
            community support. Supervisors Breed and Cohen shared in this commendation.

            pursuant to Planning Code, Sections 303 and 306.7, for a proposed project at 32 Ord Street,
            Assessor's Parcel Block No. 2626, Lot No. 005, identified in Permit Application No.
            2014.10.17.9274, issued by the Planning Commission by Motion No. 19609 dated April 7, 2016, to
            permit a horizontal and vertical addition to a single-family home that would increase the existing
            square footage by more than 100% and result in square footage in excess of 3,000 square feet
            while also increasing the legal unit count from one to two units, within an RH-2 (residential house,
            two-family) zoning district and a 40-X height and bulk district. (District 8) (Appellant: Gary Weiss,
