            Alisa Somera, Legislative Deputy Director, informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in
            receipt of a communication from Supervisor Eric Mar informing the Board of his absence and
            requesting that he be excused from attending the Board of Supervisors meeting of June 21, 2016.

            housing that eventually leads to permanent housing through case management, social service
