            Supervisor Wiener, seconded by Supervisor Farrell, moved that this Resolution be AMENDED,
            AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE. Before the vote was taken, Supervisor
            Wiener withdrew this motion, without objection.
