            Motion directing the Clerk of the Board to prepare findings relating to the Board of Supervisors'
            decision to disapprove the Tentative Parcel Map for a 2-unit new construction condominium
            project located at 639 Peralta Avenue, Assessor’s Block No. 5634, Lot No. 014. (Clerk of the
            Board)
            Supervisor Campos, seconded by Supervisor Tang, moved that this Motion be CONTINUED to the
            Board of Supervisors meeting of September 6, 2016. The motion carried by the following vote:
                 Ayes: 10 - Breed, Campos, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Peskin, Tang, Wiener, Yee
                 Absent: 1 - Avalos

Board of Supervisors Sitting as a Committee of the Whole

160437 [Hearing - Report of Delinquent Real Property Transfer Taxes]
            Hearing to consider objections to a report of delinquent real property transfer tax under Business
            and Tax Regulations Code, Section 1115.1(c), for Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 0284, Lot No. 010
            (562 Sutter Street), and Block No. 0330, Lot No. 023 (55 Cyril Magnin Street), and directing
            transmission of said report to the Controller and Tax Collector for collection and deposit into the
            General Fund, scheduled pursuant to Motion No. M16-057, approved May 3, 2016. (Clerk of the
            Board)
            President Breed opened the public hearing and inquired as to whether any member of the public
            wished to address the Board relating to the report of delinquent real property transfer tax as
            referenced in File No. 160438. Edward McCaffrey (Office of the Assessor-Recorder) provided an
            overview of the assessments. Scott Johnson (on behalf of DiamondRock Hospitality Company);
            Charles Maul (on behalf of Parc 55 Hotel); spoke in objection to the delinquent real property
            transfer tax. Moe Jamil (Office of the City Attorney) and Douglas Legg (Office of the
            Assessor-Recorder) responded to questions raised throughout the discussion. There were no
            other speakers. President Pro Temp Tang declared public comment closed, adjourned as the
            Committee of the Whole, and reconvened as the Board of Supervisors.

            At the request of President Breed, Supervisor Tang assumed the chair at 4:46 p.m. The President
            resumed the chair at 5:05 p.m.
