Supervisor Farrell Excused from Voting
            Supervisor Farrell requested to be excused from voting on File No. 160391, to avoid any hint of
            impropriety even though he has been advised there is no conflict of interest.
            Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved that Supervisor Farrell be excused from
            voting on File No. 160391. The motion carried by the following vote:
