SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Peskin, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Peskin, Tang, Wiener, Yee
            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Carla Johnson in
            recognition of her retirement as the Executive Director of the Mayor’s Office on Disability after X
            years with the City and County of San Francisco, and her many accomplishments implementing
            accessibility throughout San Francisco. Supervisors Tang, Kim, Campos, Peskin, Cohen, Breed,
            Avalos, and Naomi Kelly, City Administrator, shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Captain David
            Lazar, and Officers Troy Peele, Benjamin Santana, Vincent Pachetti, and Caitlin Lowe of the San
            Francisco Police Department, Central Station, in recognition of their heroic acts while responding
            to a daring burglary call and apprehending a suspect after a lengthy and eventful chase.

            Supervisor Peskin introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Tina Moylan in
            recognition of her retirement as the Russian Hill Neighbors President and her many
            accomplishments and continued community support within the Russian Hill neighborhood and
            throughout San Francisco. Supervisor Farrell, Commander Ann Mannix, and Captain David Lazar
            (San Francisco Police Department) shared in this commendation. Supervisor Peskin and
            President Breed also acknowledged former California Senator and retired judge Quentin Kopp
            who was in attendance for this commendation.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Ann Meyer, for
            Earth Day, in recognition of her many accomplishments and work to protect the environment.
