            President London Breed called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisor
            Mar was not present. There was a quorum.

            Supervisor Mar was noted present at 2:05 p.m.

            President Breed inquired whether any Board Member had any corrections to the Board Meeting
            Minutes of March 15, 2016, or the Budget and Finance Committee Meeting Minutes of March 16,
            2016. There were no corrections.
            Supervisor Farrell, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved to approve the Board Meeting Minutes of
            March 15, 2016, and the Budget and Finance Committee Meeting Minutes of March 16, 2016. The

            There were no questions submitted from Supervisors representing the even districts. Mayor
            Edwin Lee addressed the Board of Supervisors on the anniversary of the “The Great 1906 San
            Francisco Earthquake,” he encouraged everyone to visit www.sf72.org to make emergency
            preparedness plans, and further discussed the City’s Navigation Centers to address
            homelessness in San Francisco. Following public comment this matter was filed. No further
            action was taken.
