            Supervisor Campos, seconded by Supervisor Avalos, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of
            Order of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion
            carried by the following vote:

            Supervisors Campos and Avalos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to
            Salvadoran Consul General Ana Valenzuela in commemoration of Archbishop Oscar Romero and
            his many accomplishments speaking out against poverty and social injustice in El Salvador.

            Supervisors Campos and Avalos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to
            Jon Rodney of the California Immigrant Policy Center in recognition of his continual support to the
            immigrant communities in the Bay Area.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Donna Levitt on the
            occasion of her retirement from the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement and in recognition of
            her many accomplishments and civil service for the City and County of San Francisco.
            Supervisors Campos, Avalos, Peskin, Kim, Cohen, and Wiener shared in this commendation.



Appointment of President Pro Tempore
            At the request of President Breed, Supervisor Campos assumed the chair at 3:30 p.m. so the
            President could participate in the Recognition of Commendations from the floor.
