SPECIAL ORDER 2:30 P.M. - Recognition of Commendations
            Supervisor Tang, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:
                 Ayes: 11 - Avalos, Breed, Campos, Cohen, Farrell, Kim, Mar, Peskin, Tang, Wiener, Yee
            Supervisor Tang introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Richard Lee in
            recognition of his retirement from the City and County of San Francisco and his many
            accomplishments during his tenure with the Department of Public Health.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented Certificates of Honor to the winners of the
            Great Race for Clean Air Awards: Cathy DeLuca (on behalf of Walk SF), Erin Davidson (on behalf
            of Peanut Labs & Research Now), Michael Orr (on behalf of HDR, Inc.), Suzanne Soffer (on behalf
            of Jewish Community Center of San Francisco), Ted Troung (on behalf of Taulia), and Brenda
            Chu (on behalf of Nektar Therapeutics), in recognition of their accomplishments reducing the
            amount of air pollution and carbon dioxide in the region by changing their employees’ commuting
            habits.
