From: Supervisor Wiener To: Director, Planning Department Requesting/Inquiring: Supervisor Wiener inquires with the Planning Department, after years of community and neighborhood meetings and Commission and Board of Supervisor hearings, on July12, 2013 the Duboce Park Landmark District became San Francisco’s newest Landmark District. In advocating for the formation of the District, the Planning Department committed to the installation of demarcating plaques similar to those installed in most other Landmark Districts throughout San Francisco. Nearly three years after the formation of the District, these plaques have yet to be installed. Please advise when the Planning Department - either directly or in coordination with another City Department - intends to install these important and promised plaques.
