            Supervisor Wiener, seconded by Supervisor Kim, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order
            of the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried
            by the following vote:

            Supervisor Wiener introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Nicholas Opiyo
            in recognition of his many accomplishments as a leading human rights lawyer and efforts to
            achieve equality for the LGBTQ community in Uganda.

            Supervisor Kim introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Axis of Love on the
            occasion of their 15th year anniversary and in recognition of their many accomplishments
            providing compassionate care through medical cannabis and continued community support.
            Supervisor Campos shared in this commendation.

            Supervisor Campos introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Bernice
            Frucht, James Illig, Valerie Walker, and Betty Peskin, volunteer Deputy Marriage Commissioners
            with the County Clerk, in recognition of their accomplishments officiating over 48,000 weddings for
            the City and County of San Francisco.
