ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE President London Breed called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisors Kim, Tang, and Yee were not present. There was a quorum. Mayor Edwin Lee addressed the Board of Supervisors regarding the Super Bowl 50 events, the Lunar New Year, and recognized four volunteer Deputy Marriage Commissioners, Bernice Frucht, James Illig, Valerie Walker, and Betty Peskin, for their service officiating over 48,000 marriages in the City and County of San Francisco.
