            an amendment to Board Rule 3.31 to extend the term of the Joint City and School District Select
            Committee through March 1, 2017; ordering the City and School District Select Committee
            meetings of the Board of Supervisors be held on the fourth Thursday of each month, except June,
            July, August, November, and December, at 3:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chamber.
