            Supervisor Farrell, seconded by Supervisor Mar, moved to suspend Rule 5.36 of the Rules of Order of
            the Board of Supervisors to grant privilege of the floor to the following guests. The motion carried by
            the following vote:

            Supervisor Farrell introduced, welcomed, and presented a Certificate of Honor to Jennifer Board of
            the Lombard Hill Improvement Association in recognition of her accomplishments as the gardener
            for the crooked portion of Lombard Street and her continued community support.

            Supervisor Mar introduced, welcomed, and presented a Proclamation for Dr. Clarence B. Jones,
            declaring January 26, 2016, as Clarence B. Jones Day in the City and County of San Francisco on
            the occasion of his 85th birthday and in recognition of his national leadership as a civil rights
            pioneer. Supervisor Cohen and President Breed shared in this commendation.
