ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE President Breed called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m. On the call of the roll, Supervisor Cohen was not present. There was a quorum. COMMUNICATIONS Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that she was in receipt of a communication from Supervisors Malia Cohen informing the Board of her absence and requesting to be excused from today’s meeting.
