Board of Supervisors Meeting Minutes 12/8/2015 Members Present: John Avalos, London Breed, David Campos, Malia Cohen, Mark Farrell, Jane Kim, Eric Mar, Katy Tang, Scott Wiener, Norman Yee, and Aaron Peskin The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, with President London Breed presiding. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE President Breed called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. On the call of the roll, all Supervisors were noted present. There was a quorum. COMMUNICATIONS Angela Calvillo, Clerk of the Board, informed the Board of Supervisors that she had three communications. First, that she was in receipt of correspondence from Supervisor Julie Christensen, dated December 8, 2015, communicating her resignation from the District 3 Supervisor seat. Second, that she was in receipt of the Resolution (File No. 151209), signed by the Mayor, certifying the election results and declaring that Aaron Peskin received the plurality of votes cast at the election held on November 3, 2015. Third, she was in receipt of correspondence from Ben Rosenfield, City Controller, confirming that the newly elected Member of the Board of Supervisors, Supervisor Aaron Peskin, has been bonded, as required by the San Francisco Administrative Code from this day henceforth until the end of his term. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Supervisor Mar, seconded by Supervisor Campos, moved to approve the Board Meeting Minutes of October 27, 2015.
