Supervisors Avalos, Breed, Christensen, Kim, Tang, and Yee were noted not present at 7:58
p.m. Quorum was restored at 7:58 p.m. when President Breed was noted present
immediately thereafter. During the momentary loss of quorum, no actions were taken by the
Board.)
